What to include:
Please provide your full name and the email address associated with your FREEBRD account or order. You may also include the phone number associated with your account to help us locate the right record.

Verification:
To protect your information, we may email the address on record and ask you to confirm the request before we process it. If we need more information to verify your identity, we’ll let you know.

What happens next:
After verification, we’ll review your request and delete eligible personal information from FREEBRD’s active systems, subject to information we must retain under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes. We’ll confirm the outcome after review.

Important:
Submitting this form does not automatically erase your data. Requests relating to Shop or Shop Pay account data must be made through your Shop account settings or Shopify’s privacy controls.
