How long does it take to process my order?

Most FREEBRD orders are processed and sent to production within 1–5 business days (most items ship in 1–2 days). Because all of our products are made to order, processing time is separate from shipping time. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification once it’s on its way.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We move fast. Once your order enters production, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, contact us immediately at Connect With Us or email support@freebrd.shop and we’ll do our best to help before it ships. You have a 1–2 hour window from purchase to request address changes.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier’s initial scan. You can use that number directly on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.

What if I order multiple items?

Because we partner with specialized printing facilities for different product types, your order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment as they go out.

Shipping

Where does FREEBRD ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 days in transit after production is complete. Combined with production time, your total estimated delivery is 5–10 days from the moment you place your order. During peak holiday seasons (November–January), add 2–5 additional days.

Is expedited shipping available?

Expedited shipping is available on select apparel items at checkout. When available, expedited orders are prioritized in production and transit with an estimated delivery of 3–5 days from purchase. Not all products are eligible — standard shipping will be the available option for ineligible items.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the order total after any discounts or promotions are applied.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS and courier services depending on your location and product type. Note: We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses via USPS only. Large canvas prints exceeding 12" x 22.5" cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

What are your shipping costs?

Currently, standard shipping is at a flat rate of $3.29. Orders over $50 ship free.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because all FREEBRD products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. Please note: we do not issue cash refunds — all resolutions are handled through free replacements or store credit depending on your product type.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, submit a claim within 30 days of your delivery date with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or store credit — no hassle. If possible, reject the damaged parcel from the courier and photograph it first.

What about Original DTF Art pieces?

Original DTF Art pieces are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 30 days with photos of the packaging and artwork — a free canvas replacement will be issued for confirmed damage or misprints.

How do I submit a return or exchange claim?

You have two options:
1. Self-serve: Log in to your FREEBRD account at account.freebrd.shop, navigate to your order, and submit your request directly.
2. By email: Email returnclaim@freebrd.shop within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and delivery date in the subject line, and attach a clear photo showing the defect or damage.

Our team will review and respond promptly. For replacement orders, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and delivery.

What about lost or stolen packages?

All parcels are insured for loss and damage. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@freebrd.shop and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Replacements or store credit are processed once the carrier completes their investigation.

What is faux suede / vegan suede?

Our faux suede pillows are crafted from a premium synthetic fabric that mimics the look and feel of real suede — without any animal products. It’s soft, durable, and easy to maintain. Eco Conscious. Fully vegan. Fully FREEBRD.

Do your pillows come with inserts?

Yes — our Faux Suede Luxury Pillows include a pillow insert. Pillow covers and pillowcases are sold separately without inserts. Product listings will always specify what’s included.

Are your pillows machine washable?

Pillow covers and pillowcases are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain shape and texture. Inserts should be spot cleaned only.

Are your wall clocks silent?

Yes — our Minimalist Wall Clocks feature a silent quartz movement. No ticking. Just clean, quiet design.

What batteries do the wall clocks use?

Our wall clocks run on 1 AA battery, not included.

What is your canvas art printed on?

Our premium stretched canvases are printed on artist-grade canvas with archival inks for lasting color and clarity. Each piece arrives ready to hang.

How do I care for my canvas art?

FREEBRD canvases are printed with certified archival inks designed to resist fading. Even in direct sunlight. Simply dust lightly with a dry cloth to keep your piece looking sharp for years to come.

Do your t-shirts run true to size?
