Shipping From the USA
Freebrd Shop orders are designed in our private Arkansas studio and fulfilled directly from a professional USA printing hub for fast, reliable delivery. Once I personally finalize a design, hand written typography or a hand-painted piece of art, it is transmitted to our high-end fulfillment partners who physically inspect, print, and ship your items within 3–5 business days.
This local-to-hub fulfillment model allows us to provide standard domestic shipping times (typically 5–7 days) while ensuring every piece of apparel and canvas art is produced to artisan standards.
You will receive a verified tracking number via email the moment your hand-designed product leaves our partnered USA facility.

Freebrd provides a quality guarantee for all products, offering full replacements or refunds for any items that arrive damaged or feature printing defects. Because each apparel piece and canvas is sustainably made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing errors.
This bespoke production model allows us to remain an independent Arkansas-based LLC while reducing textile waste.
