Shipping policy

 

FREEBRD LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.freebrd.shop) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

All items are custom-made to order and produced upon purchase. That means the moment you place your order, our team gets to work printing and packaging your specific gear. Because of this custom process, our shipping timeline is broken down into two parts: Production and Transit.

1.2 Order Processing & Production

Before your order ships, it needs to be made! Please allow 1 to 5 days, (depending on the item, most are 1-2 days in production) for our production facilities to print, quality-check, and pack your items.

  • Note:During peak holiday seasons (November–January), production and transit times may be extended by 2–5 additional days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

1.3 Shipping & Transit Times

Once your item is printed and packaged, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Standard domestic shipping within the US generally takes 3 to 7 days in transit.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: When you combine production and shipping time, you can expect your order to arrive at your door within 4 to 10 days from the moment you hit purchase.

1.3.1 Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on select apparel items at checkout. When available, expedited orders are prioritized in production and transit, with an estimated delivery of 2 to 5 days from purchase. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by product. Not all products are eligible for expedited shipping — standard shipping will be the available option for ineligible items.

1.4 Order Tracking

As soon as your package receives a shipping label and leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier's initial scan.

1.5 Multiple Shipments

We partner with specialized printing facilities for different types of products to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, if you order multiple different items (for example, an apparel item and a heavy canvas), your order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package as they ship.

1.6 Address Errors & Returned to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to our production facilities due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If you realize you made a mistake on your address, please email us immediately, within 1-2 hours at support@freebrd.shop, and we will do our best to update it before the item goes into production.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.29. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the order total after any discounts or promotions are applied.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

 

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3–7 days, with total estimated delivery of 5–10 days from purchase.


 

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched, (shipped) within 1-5 days of payment of order

Our production partners operate on Monday - Sunday during standard hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

3.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

3.4.2 The Canvas Size Limit

The absolute largest P.O. Box available at a US Post Office is 12" x 22.5". Any heavy canvases larger than those dimensions literally cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. The carrier will either reject the package or return it to the sender. 

3.5 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

 

3.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

 

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at support@freebrd.shop so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available.

 

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier after first taking a clear picture of the parcel to confirm it's damaged, and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

 

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

FREEBRD currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement when the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

8.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
