Canvas orders typically take 2–7 business days for production and handling, followed by 2–5 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery is 4–12 business days.

Timing varies by print provider, canvas size, season and order volume. FREEBRD ships within the United States only. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Every FREEBRD item is custom-made to order. For damaged, misprinted or defective items, submit a claim within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims receive a free replacement; no physical return shipment is required.

Original works are final sale, with replacements for manufacturing defects or transit damage. Include photos of the packaging and artwork for original-art damage claims.

For all other items, exchanges are issued as store credit. Submit your request within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Credit is applied to your account upon approval. We do not issue cash refunds.
