Stripe Status

I created Stripe Status in acrylic with brushstrokes, scraped passages, acrylic pen work, and spontaneous action-painted splatters. Its open composition gives each mark room to move.

Black curves sweep across a white ground alongside red, orange, yellow, lime, and light blue. At the center, splattered paint suggests a butterfly or moth rather than a literal illustration. Turn the painting horizontally or vertically to explore a different balance of lines and color.

Shipped originals: Report damage promptly and within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed Nov 1, 2026–Feb 1, 2027, the reporting window is 35 days from delivery; exchange eligibility is unchanged. Contact returnclaim@freebrd.shop with your order number, delivery date and clear photos of the exterior box, shipping label, internal packing, full artwork and close-ups of the damage, where applicable. Keep the artwork and all packaging until FREEBRD confirms they are no longer needed.

If a shipment is past its carrier-estimated delivery date, or tracking says delivered but the artwork has not arrived, contact us with your order and tracking information and photos if available. Reporting starts a review; it does not automatically determine that a shipment is lost.

Verified loss or irreparable damage may qualify for a refund to the original payment method. Repairable damage is reviewed individually with you; any resolution requires FREEBRD approval. If a return is required, FREEBRD will arrange and pay for it. We aim to review within 7 days after receiving the necessary information and will update you if more time is needed. Approved refunds are initiated promptly; Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and store credit are not available after a venue original is inspected and collected.
